Sunway Property opens final Sunway Velocity 3 tower for bookings
The developer said Tower C’s virtual soft launch attracted over 100 online unit bookings through a new digital portal.
Sunway Property held a virtual soft launch for Sunway Velocity 3’s final block, Tower C, on Oct 10, after take-up across the development’s Towers A and B reached 98% within two years.
The property arm of Sunway Bhd said over 100 unit bookings were made online during the launch. Its newly introduced digital portal enables buyers who have visited the sales gallery to complete their bookings online.
Sunway Property CEO Chong Sau Min said the approach gives buyers flexibility to view the development at the gallery and make bookings online at a time of their choosing.
Tower C has homes measuring 775 to 1,324 sq ft, with four-bedroom layouts and dual-key ready units targeting families and own-stay buyers. The earlier Towers A and B contain approximately 1,600 units, and Tower A has topped out.
The development is about 5km from central Kuala Lumpur, with a direct connection to Sunway Velocity Mall. The Maluri MRT and LRT interchange station is 500m away.
