Alpha IVF cleared to move listing to Main Market
The transfer has regulatory approval, with its effective date dependent on the company's announcement to Bursa Malaysia.

Alpha IVF Group Bhd has received regulatory clearance to move its listing to the Main Market from the ACE Market. The fertility care group said in a Bursa Malaysia filing that the exchange had approved its transfer under the healthcare sector.
The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) granted approval through its accelerated transfer process, noting compliance with the Bumiputera equity requirement. The transfer becomes effective two clear market days after Alpha IVF notifies Bursa Malaysia of the transfer date.
When announcing the plan on Oct 5, Alpha IVF said a Main Market listing would raise its corporate profile and draw more investor interest, particularly from institutions. Its ACE Market debut in March 2024 followed an initial public offering priced at 32 sen that raised RM466.5 million.
The group operates eight fertility centres spanning Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines. Additional centres are expected to open in Johor Bahru by end-2026 and in Bali by mid-2027.
For its financial year to May 31, 2026, Alpha IVF reported net profit of RM53.64 million, down 6.6% from RM57.45 million a year earlier. Revenue increased 12.3% to RM198.59 million, but higher expansion-related costs were the main reason for the profit decline.
The shares ended trading unchanged at 28 sen, giving Alpha IVF a market value of RM1.36 billion.
