Klanggroup Development Sdn Bhd has delivered vacant possession of K Commercial Camellia @ Bukit Beruntung following the completion of the RM112 million development, the company said in a statement.

Occupying about 9.98 acres of freehold land, the project consists of 88 shopoffices, each with two storeys. Built-up space starts at 2,660 sq ft, and the developer reported full take-up. The property is in Bukit Beruntung, Rawang, about two minutes from the North-South Expressway.

The handover follows a February 2025 initiative between Klanggroup and Majlis Perbandaran Hulu Selangor to jointly develop commercial properties in Bandar Bukit Beruntung and Bandar Serendah. It comes as Selangor pursues growth through the Second Selangor Plan 2026–2030.

Klanggroup Development executive director Danny Ong said the company's approach considers locations' long-term potential alongside market needs and occupants' practical requirements, with an emphasis on functional premises and supporting infrastructure.
