4. Build Cybersecurity Awareness among Employees
   Conduct regular training and phishing simulation exercises to reduce risks arising from user error.
5. Develop and Regularly Test an Incident Response Plan
   Ensure the plan covers containment, system recovery, and notification to relevant regulators within legally required timeframes, including those stipulated under the PDPA and the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA) framework.
