Toyo Ventures trading halted pending material announcement
Bursa Malaysia Securities approved the suspension until 5pm on Oct 19; the shares last changed hands at 24 sen.

Ink manufacturer Toyo Ventures Holdings Bhd has obtained approval to suspend trading in its shares until 5pm on Oct 19, pending a material announcement. The company said in a bourse filing that Bursa Malaysia Securities had approved its suspension request.
The last transaction before the halt on Oct 19 morning was at 24 sen, giving Toyo Ventures a market value of RM39.8 million. Its shares had recovered 37% from the March low of 17.5 sen.
For 1QFY2026, which ended on June 30, 2026, the group posted a RM436,000 net loss against a RM9.66 million net profit a year earlier. Revenue reached RM22.24 million, up 28.8% from RM17.27 million.
Toyo Ventures attributed the earnings decline mainly to the absence of a RM2.09 million one-off asset disposal gain and a RM1.01 million unrealised foreign exchange loss. The corresponding period had included an unrealised foreign exchange gain amounting to RM8.30 million.
Stronger machine sales drove revenue growth, with increased sales of ink and automotive refinish products also contributing, the group said. It reported a cash and cash equivalents balance of RM68.6 million at end-June, alongside RM11.02 million in total borrowings.
