SSF Home plans RM42.47 million land purchase for warehouse development
The Pulau Indah acquisition involves three leasehold parcels spanning approximately 13 acres, with completion expected within four months.

SSF Home Group Bhd is acquiring industrial land for RM42.47 million in Pulau Indah, Mukim Klang, Selangor, where it intends to develop warehousing and distribution facilities. The group announced the proposed purchase in an Oct 26 statement.
SSF Sdn Bhd, its wholly-owned subsidiary, signed a conditional agreement with seller IFFCO Foods Sdn Bhd. The purchase covers three vacant leasehold parcels designated for industrial use, measuring approximately 52,611.13 sq m, or 13 acres, in total.
Executive director Lok Kok Khong said developing facilities owned by the group was intended to expand storage capacity and deliver savings over the longer term compared with renting. He also expected greater operational efficiency, support for business expansion and less exposure to rental increases.
The funding mix will comprise internal resources and bank borrowings. SSF Home said it was securing financing from banks for up to 90% of the consideration.
The group expects completion within four months and does not anticipate a material earnings impact for its financial year ending June 30, 2027.
