Mah Sing opens M Mira Phase 2 sales after 93% take-up in first phase
The Wangsa Maju residential project offers 633 partially furnished units at indicative prices starting from RM474,000.
Sales have begun for the second phase of Mah Sing Group Bhd’s M Mira project in Wangsa Maju, Setapak, following a 93% take-up rate for Phase 1. The developer said it had also opened a sales gallery for the high-rise development.
According to Mah Sing, the project comprises 633 units that are partially furnished, with floor areas between 800 and 1,050 sq ft. Indicative prices start at RM474,000. The homes feature butterfly-style layouts, including five garden-yard units on Level 8 offering direct access to the podium deck.
The company said the development has over 45 sensory facilities and holds Provisional GreenRE Silver Certification for its eco-friendly features. Sri Rampai LRT station is 650 metres away, while the distance to Wangsa Maju LRT station is 820 metres.
Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum described Setapak as an important market for the group. He said land acquisition remained a focus, targeting strategic locations offering good growth potential as the company expands its property business.
