TSH Resources offers voluntary engagement with Singapore haze assessment panel
The assessment would examine the plantation group's operations, corporate relationships and supply chains following notices to two subsidiaries.

TSH Resources Bhd said it has volunteered to engage with the Singapore government's assessors panel over fires in Indonesia contributing to transboundary haze. The proposed assessment covers the plantation group's operations, supply chains and corporate relationships.
The group's offer follows notices from the Singapore National Environment Agency (NEA) to two subsidiaries incorporated in Singapore: TSH Oversea Pte Ltd and TSH Global Plantation Pte Ltd. The agency issued the notices under Section 10(1) of the Transboundary Haze Pollution Act 2014.
TSH told Bursa Malaysia it had sent the NEA written confirmation of its participation and willingness to cooperate with the assessors. It said that cooperation would follow the NEA's directions and comply with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
The company said it shared the government's concerns about the effects of haze and fires, and continued to cooperate transparently and fully with authorities. It said further updates would be provided as necessary should material developments arise.
