Seroja Gardens first phase sells out within three hours
The 52-home phase has a gross development value of RM48.3 million, while a planned second phase is estimated at RM44 million.

Sime Darby Property Bhd reported 100% take-up within three hours for its September launch of Seroja Gardens Phase 1 in Nilai Impian, Negeri Sembilan. The company said the phase comprises 52 homes and carries a gross development value (GDV) of RM48.3 million.
Prices began at RM905,888 for the single-storey semi-detached homes, according to the company. Each has 1,971 sq ft of built-up space, with lots measuring 40ft by 80ft.
Following the response, Sime Darby Property plans to launch a second phase. Its estimated GDV is RM44 million, and homes will be priced from RM925,888.
Appollo Leong, the company’s chief operating officer of township development, said the sales reflected interest in spacious landed properties among upgraders and growing families. He also attributed buyer interest to Nilai Impian’s connections with employment hubs in Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and the southern Klang Valley.
The company’s previous double-storey link home launches in the township were Emilia, comprising 99 units, and Emilia Lakeside, offering 210 units. Nilai Impian occupies 1,808 acres within the KLIA growth corridor.
