RedPlanet records RM6.33 million FY2026 profit before ACE Market move
Annual revenue increased 22.3% to RM40.72 million, with the group seeking RM15.2 million through its IPO for business expansion.

RedPlanet Bhd’s net profit climbed 22.1% to RM6.33 million in FY2026, driven by a larger contribution from its core information communications technology (ICT) business. Its Bursa Malaysia filing showed revenue of RM40.72 million, a 22.3% increase from RM33.3 million, for the year that closed on June 30, 2026.
The results precede RedPlanet’s transfer from the LEAP Market to the ACE Market, scheduled for Oct 22. Priced at 19 sen per share, its initial public offering (IPO) aims to raise RM15.2 million to expand the business.
In 4QFY2026, quarterly revenue totalled RM7.55 million and net profit reached RM1.36 million. Geospatial solutions delivered 62.4% of revenue, or RM4.71 million; intelligent rail solutions provided RM2.84 million.
Figures for the equivalent quarter a year earlier were unavailable because this was the group’s first interim financial report before listing.
For FY2027, RedPlanet anticipates a favourable outlook, pointing to Malaysian opportunities in both its geospatial and intelligent rail businesses. It cited wider adoption of geospatial technology for utility mapping, smart city projects, infrastructure development and urban planning.
The company said rail operators’ demand reflected safety, digitalisation and data security needs, alongside innovation involving artificial intelligence, cloud connectivity and data analytics.
