Local contractors alongside small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are the intended beneficiaries of a financing tie-up between PKNS FM Integrated Sdn Bhd (PKNS FMI) and Selangor Advance. PKNS FMI said the arrangement comes under the Selangor Advance 500 (SA500) initiative.

The company said the partners aim to make flexible financing alternatives available digitally, helping businesses handle cash-flow requirements and deliver projects. It described the arrangement as part of its work to broaden business opportunities for contractors, develop their capabilities and make funding more accessible.

Powered by Menteri Besar Selangor (Incorporated) (MBI), Selangor Advance is an initiative of the Selangor state government. Its Shariah-compliant financing is designed to address cash-flow needs among SMEs and contractors.

At the launch of SA500, Selangor Advance gave PKNS FMI a Strategic Partnership Token, the company said. The event accompanied the Selangor International Business Summit (SIBS) 2026, with Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari officiating.
