Petrol prices rise by 15 sen for October 8–14, diesel unchanged
Unsubsidised RON 95 will cost RM4.67 per litre and RON 97 RM5.15, while Budi95 petrol remains at RM1.99 per litre.

The Ministry of Finance has set higher unsubsidised petrol prices for October 8 to 14, 2026, with both grades increasing by 15 sen per litre. RON 95 rises to RM4.67 per litre from RM4.52, while RON 97 moves to RM5.15 per litre from RM5.00.
Diesel prices remain unchanged for the pricing period. Unsubsidised B10/B15 will continue to cost RM5.27 per litre, with Euro 5 B7 priced at RM5.47 per litre. The latter carries a premium of 20 sen per litre over B10/B15.
The subsidised petrol price under Budi Madani RON 95 (Budi95) remains RM1.99 per litre. Malaysians with a valid driving licence are eligible, with the monthly allowance restored to 300 litres from September 1.
Malaysians who own diesel vehicles have paid RM2.10 per litre for subsidised B10 and B15 blends since July 1. Eligible users have a monthly allocation of 300 litres from September 1, shared with Budi95. The quota was increased from 200 litres to 300 litres for both fuels.
