Mitraland Group launched its Bayou Quartz landed housing project in Kota Bayuemas, Klang, on Oct 10. The development has a gross development value of RM800 million and occupies approximately 52 acres on a freehold site.

At the launch, the developer reported that buyers had taken up 90% of Phase 1A’s 118 units following its August soft launch. It opened Phase 1B alongside the official launch, making the remaining 169 units in the first phase available.

Garden villas and park villas make up the first phase, with buyers able to choose between two- and three-storey homes. Prices begin at RM905,000. Intermediate homes have built-up areas reaching 2,695 sq ft, while corner homes offer up to 3,135 sq ft.

Some layouts include private gardens, configurations ready for home lifts and covered parking for two to three vehicles. Bedroom provision reaches 4+1 in intermediate homes, which have four bathrooms, and 5+1 in corner homes, which have five bathrooms.

Facilities include a clubhouse spanning two acres, a jogging route measuring three kilometres and a Lake Park covering three acres. Bayou Quartz has provisional GreenRE Bronze certification and is about three km from Johan Setia LRT3 station.
