Lim Seong Hai Capital rises on Main Market debut after transfer
The construction firm's move from ACE Market involves no new share offering, while its stock code and short name are unchanged.

Lim Seong Hai Capital Bhd began trading on the Main Market on Oct 8 at RM1.78 following its transfer from ACE Market. The opening price was three sen or 1.71% above its previous close of RM1.75.
At 9.15am, the shares remained at RM1.78, with thin trading volume. The transfer moves existing shares to the Main Market without a new share offering. LSH remains the stock short name, and 0351 remains the stock code.
Securities Commission Malaysia approved the move on Oct 2 under an accelerated process after the group satisfied the required financial and listing criteria. Its profit after tax across the three most recent financial years totalled RM238.52 million, with RM102.08 million recorded in the latest year.
The profit threshold for the transfer was RM30 million cumulatively across three years, of which at least RM15 million had to come from the latest year. The group also satisfied the market capitalisation criterion, maintaining a value above RM1 billion since September 2025.
The construction firm joined LEAP Market in July 2021 before moving to ACE Market in March 2025. It previously said a Main Market transfer would enhance its corporate profile and more accurately represent its business scale, financial standing and track record.
