Jati Tinggi Group Bhd reported RM8.01 million in net profit for 3QFY2026, against RM3.18 million a year earlier, according to its Bursa Malaysia filing. Revenue for the quarter, which ended Aug 31, 2026, increased to RM156.05 million from RM52.96 million.

The group credited stronger contributions from substation engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC), alongside underground utilities engineering services. Data centre-related work was a particular contributor.

Key projects included a Johor data centre’s 275kV bulk power supply connection, cable relocation at Bandar Sri Pinang, and power infrastructure work in Cyberjaya and Pasir Gudang.

Compared with 2QFY2026, revenue increased 77.74% from RM87.8 million, which the group attributed mainly to greater project activity and progress. Net profit, however, fell from RM9.85 million as more work involved lower-margin projects. The preceding quarter had also included an acquisition gain of RM2.31 million from taking a controlling stake in Roflex Pipe Sdn Bhd.

Over the first nine months of FY2026, the group recorded net profit of RM18.96 million, compared with RM5.86 million previously. Revenue rose from RM110.15 million to RM318.29 million. It declared no quarterly dividend.

Jati Tinggi said project awards between December 2025 and Oct 22, 2026 totalled RM907.13 million, including joint venture contracts. At Oct 22, its outstanding order book was RM1.4 billion, which it said offered earnings visibility over the next two to three financial years.

Separately, subsidiary Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn Bhd obtained two further awards from Public Bank Bhd for solar panel installation. The additional RM2.25 million brought the project’s total awarded contract value to RM10.06 million.
