Yeo Plumber Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of ISF Group Bhd, has won four contracts totalling RM83.2 million for a hyperscale data centre development in Negeri Sembilan’s Port Dickson. ISF said the awards came from a Malaysian-based group involved in civil engineering and building construction.

Three contracts account for approximately RM73.3 million and involve installing systems for cold water, rainwater harvesting and water reticulation, alongside sanitary services. A separate contract worth about RM9.9 million is for external sewerage infrastructure.

ISF said the awards brought its unbilled order book to RM225.5 million. The group expects this to support earnings visibility through its financial year that ends on Dec 31, 2029.

Completion is scheduled in stages between November 2026 and July 2028. Managing director Jeff Ai Boon Chen said the awards reflected confidence in the company’s ability to handle larger, more complex projects, adding that data centres represented a significant share of its business.
