Inta Bina Bhd has launched a serviced apartment development in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, comprising 499 units. The group’s second property project has a projected gross development value estimated at RM290.96 million, according to its bourse filing.

Seiring Setia Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary, is developing Senja Residensi @ Bukit Jelutong in Seksyen U8. Plans include commercial space and supporting facilities alongside two residential blocks.

Another wholly-owned subsidiary, Inta Bina Sdn Bhd, will carry out construction over 36 months. The group plans to use a combination of external borrowings and internal funds to finance the development.

Managing director Paul Lim said the launch followed the delivery of the group’s first development in mid-July. He described property development as complementary to its core construction operations and part of a strategy to balance earnings across both activities.

Inta Bina’s shares closed at 40.5 sen, unchanged, giving the group a market value of RM260 million.
