Infomina renews ¥855 million Panasonic Digital software contract
The five-year subscription and maintenance agreement is expected to run from Sept 1, 2027 to Aug 31, 2032.

Infomina Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary Infomina Jalan K.K. has renewed a software subscription and maintenance agreement with Panasonic Digital Co Ltd valued at ¥855 million (about RM22.1 million), according to a Bursa Malaysia filing.
The filing sets out Infomina Japan’s duties, including obtaining and administering software subscriptions, handling billing, arranging support and licence changes, and supervising usage reports and compliance. It will also review and monitor Panasonic Digital’s software environment to ensure the software remains up to date and supported.
Infomina said the agreement supports Panasonic Digital’s operations by enabling large-scale data processing and automated analysis and reporting for decision-making. The contract is expected to cover five years, with renewal dependent on a new purchase order.
Infomina CEO Yee Chee Meng said the agreement reinforces the company’s portfolio and Japanese presence. He described Japan as an important part of its regional growth strategy.
Infomina shares closed at RM1.80 each after falling 3.23%, giving the company a market capitalisation of RM1.08 billion. The stock’s year-to-date gain was almost 40%.
