Gamuda Land and Taylor’s Assets said Block B at Haus on 15 in SS15, Subang Jaya, had sold out following its early October soft launch. The developers launched the mixed-use project on Oct 31 and began selling Block A.

Occupying the former Taylor’s College campus, the freehold project covers 2.88 acres and has a gross development value of RM540 million. Completion is scheduled for 2029.

The development includes 614 serviced apartments across two towers of 31 storeys each. Apartment sizes run from 690 to 980 sq ft, with starting prices of RM736,800. Its 18 retail units measure between 1,399 and 2,829 sq ft and are priced from RM1.52 million.

A purpose-built student accommodation block will provide 253 units with capacity for 401 beds. Taylor’s Assets will retain this component, while Taylor’s Hostel Management will operate it. It is intended for students attending institutions in the wider Subang Jaya-Sunway area.

Gamuda Land chief executive officer Gim Teck Yew said the design aimed to preserve SS15’s youthful character. Taylor’s Assets president Sheena Angelina said the partnership would maintain the site’s educational connection while adding homes and retail space.
