Felcra declares RM190.6 million second interim payout for 2026
The distribution covers nearly 72,000 participants in 734 projects nationwide, with payments starting in stages on Oct 29.

Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi announced on Oct 29 that Felcra Bhd would distribute RM190.6 million in its second interim profit payment for 2026. Eligible participants will receive the money progressively.
Speaking at a ceremony in Ayer Keroh, Melaka, Ahmad Zahid said the distribution relates to May to August 2026. The amount exceeds July’s first interim payment of RM126.9 million by RM63.7 million, or 50.2%.
Ahmad Zahid, who also holds the rural and regional development portfolio, asked Felcra to provide special assistance for B40 participants in replanting programmes before their new crops generate returns, particularly ahead of Aidilfitri.
He also instructed Felcra to sustain good returns from participants’ land as market conditions change. Although commodity prices and weather may be outside its control, he said Felcra was responsible for managing plantation productivity, operating costs and management standards efficiently.
He called for savings through less wastage and prudent procurement, and asked Felcra to investigate persistently low-return projects and set clear improvement targets. Participants should also receive understandable explanations of yields, management costs and the basis for calculating their profit payments, he said.
