Exsim Hospitality wins RM27 million in construction subcontracts
Taghill Projects awarded the three jobs to Exsim Concepto, with completion expected by early January 2027.

Exsim Hospitality Bhd said on Sept 30 that its subsidiary Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd had obtained three construction subcontracts totalling RM27 million from Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd.
According to the group's bourse filing, the Kuala Lumpur job involves supplying and installing aluminium and glazing, with a value of RM5.4 million. The other awards cover reinforced concrete work: RM8.64 million for a project in Pahang and RM12.96 million for one in Petaling Jaya.
The group expects completion of all three jobs by early January 2027. It said the contracts should have a positive effect on earnings and net assets during their duration.
Exsim Concepto provides fit-out services for hospitality properties. Taghill Projects is wholly owned by Taghill Holdings Bhd and had previously awarded Exsim Hospitality RM42.48 million in subcontracts involving building services and general building work.
Exsim Hospitality reported net profit of RM40.75 million for its financial year ending June 30, 2026, up 126% from RM18.04 million a year earlier. Revenue increased 91.9%, reaching RM281.23 million compared with RM146.53 million. The profit growth was attributed to expansion in fit-out services and hospitality-management operations.
At end-June, cash and bank balances stood at RM93 million, while term loan and short financing amounted to RM99.42 million.
