Exsim Hospitality wins RM15.6 million subcontract from Nestcon subsidiary

The work is due to finish on Oct 31, 2028, with a 27-month defect liability period to follow.

Exsim Hospitality Bhd has been awarded a subcontract worth RM15.6 million through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd, according to a Bursa Malaysia filing. Nestcon Builders Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Nestcon Bhd, awarded the job on Oct 6.

The subcontract covers supplying and installing building services, alongside general building work. Completion is scheduled for Oct 31, 2028. A defect liability period of 27 months will begin on the certificate of practical completion date.

The group said Exsim Concepto's main activities include specialised hospitality property fit-outs, general contracting and centralised procurement. Exsim Hospitality was formerly called Pan Malaysia Holdings Bhd.

For its financial year that ended on June 30, 2026, Exsim Hospitality recorded revenue of RM281.23 million, up 91.9% from RM146.53 million.

On Oct 8, Exsim Hospitality's shares ended trading at 50 sen, unchanged, valuing the group at RM1.18 billion. The stock's year-to-date gain was nearly 120%.
