ES Sunlogy wins shareholder approval for recurring Kerjaya Prospek dealings
Kerjaya Prospek holds a 31% stake after investing approximately RM64.31 million between July and August 2026.

ES Sunlogy Bhd shareholders approved a mandate covering recurrent related-party transactions with its largest shareholder, Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd, at an extraordinary general meeting on Oct 21.
The proposal drew support from 25 shareholders representing 241.92 million shares. Six shareholders with 9,800 shares opposed it.
ES Sunlogy said the mandate would simplify routine related-party dealings conducted on normal commercial terms. Kerjaya Prospek acquired its 31% interest through investments totalling approximately RM64.31 million between July and August 2026.
The companies’ working relationship dates to 2018, with ES Sunlogy providing mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on Kerjaya Prospek projects. They are now seeking opportunities together in infrastructure, industrial projects and mixed-use developments.
Managing director Khor Chuan Meng said ES Sunlogy’s strategy focuses on reinforcing its core M&E operations and developing capabilities in renewable energy and high-voltage power transmission. The group aims to pursue industrial, data centre and infrastructure work, alongside increasing recurring income from solar assets.
In September, subsidiary Savelite Engineering Sdn Bhd secured electrical works worth RM15.63 million for a serviced apartment development comprising 1,078 units in Johor Bahru. ES Sunlogy also won a RM107.5 million M&E subcontract earlier in 2026 from China State Construction Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd for a Johor building.
