Divfex Bhd has obtained two equipment supply contracts with a combined value of RM120.12 million, the company told Bursa Malaysia. The orders are for the fit-out of a 15MW data centre in Penang.

The larger order, valued at RM84.44 million, went to wholly owned Diversified Gateway Bhd. It covers switchgear, transformers, low-voltage equipment and generator sets. The cable order worth RM35.67 million went to Excel Commerce Solutions Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary in which Divfex holds 51%.

Divfex identified the buyer as a data centre company incorporated in Malaysia but withheld its name because of a confidentiality agreement. It expects to complete delivery within three months; an extension of up to six months requires written agreement from both parties.

The orders are worth nearly twice the group's market capitalisation of RM67.1 million at the close of trading. Its shares ended at nine sen after losing half a sen, or 5.26%.

For the financial year ended June 30, 2026, Divfex recorded RM4.83 million in net profit, a decline of 10.7% from RM5.41 million a year earlier. Revenue reached RM92.09 million, rising 12.3% from RM82 million.

At June 30, 2026, the group held cash and bank balances totalling RM36 million and had borrowings of RM4.57 million. Its net cash stood at about RM31.43 million.
