AHB keeps annual income distribution at five sen per unit
The final payout of RM120.13 million brings the annual total to RM236.41 million, with distributions credited as AHB units by Oct 13, 2026.

Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB) unitholders will receive an unchanged annual distribution of five sen per unit for FY2026, which ended on Sept 30, 2026. Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd (PHB) and fund manager PHB Asset Management Bhd (PHBAM) said the distribution benefits over 82,000 unitholders.
For the final six-month period ending Sept 30, 2026, the distribution comprises 2.1 sen per unit plus a bonus of 0.4 sen per unit from PHB, the fund’s sponsor. The bonus applies only to each unitholder’s first 1,000,000 units. An interim distribution of 2.5 sen per unit was declared in April 2026.
PHB put the final payout at RM120.13 million and the annual payout at RM236.41 million. It said unitholders’ accounts would be credited directly with AHB units by Oct 13, 2026, with the distribution automatically reinvested.
According to PHB, Bumiputera investors can subscribe at RM1 per unit. The minimum investment is RM100, while the maximum is RM1 million. Authorised distributors are Malayan Banking Bhd (Maybank), AmBank Bhd, AmBank Islamic Bhd, Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd and Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Bhd.
