Over 18 long months, a single service provider endured the lengthy process of researching how to become a registered NDIS provider and struggled to find all this information in one place. If a seasoned industry professional who knows all the lingo could find this process so time-consuming and discover an obvious lack of information being available in a single place then what hope did other providers or their customers have of being able to find it for themselves?

Well, this was when we first imagined the NDIS Provider Directory as an opportunity to create a single website for both providers and customers.

We kept thinking up new ways of adding value.
