Map existing content by persona to the buyers journey by stage to guide content planning and identify content gaps. Guide the creation and sharing of content for online social channels (blog, social platforms) and news outlets (digital and traditional) according to larger brand strategy and business goals. Evangelize the use of content creation best practices and be an enthusiastic advocate for the user content quality and the A&W Outlet brand Create and execute a digital content editorial calendar to be able to manage the editorial team. Bill will also present content strategies and lead the efforts from content capture to roll-out. This includes video/photo/print/digital/etc. Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties, as well as work with a cross-departmental team to track and report on all site metrics.
